abertis airports also holds a stake in the following airport projects:
- El Dorado (Bogota, Colombia): through the company CODAD, abertis airports has built the second runway and is in charge of the management and maintenance tasks of both runways at the airport, which is the principal airport installation in Colombia, 70% of international traffic and 36% of domestic traffic being concentrated there.
- Castellon Costa Azahar (Spain): abertis airports has a 5% holding in the capital of Concesiones Aeroportuarias, SA, a company awarded the contract for the construction and operation of the Castellon airport, currently under construction. In this project, the fruit of a private initiative, abertis airports will offer consultancy services in the airport sphere.
